I’m Anthony Spitaleri, a Broker Associate licensed with Coldwell Banker Realty, and I run livingindavieflorida.com. Analytics and Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your IP address. I use this to see which guides are helpful and where the site needs work. I don’t use it to identify you personally, and I don’t run advertising retargeting on this site.
When you first arrive, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline these analytics cookies. Your choice is saved so you aren’t asked every visit, and you can change it at any time using the cookie settings on the banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your own browser settings.
Email You Share With Me
A couple of features on this site ask for your email address. The market report signup and the email step on the Ask feature both collect an email so I can send you what you asked for. I use those addresses to send Davie market updates and to follow up on your request. That’s it. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone. Every market update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.
The Ask Feature
The Ask feature on this site answers questions about Davie real estate. When you send a question, it’s processed by a third-party AI service provider that generates the answer. Those conversations may be logged so I can review answer quality and improve the tool. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the Ask box, such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or anything you wouldn’t want stored. If you want to talk through something private, email or call me directly instead.
Contact and Inquiry Forms
When you fill out a contact form or send an inquiry through the site, that information comes to me so I can respond to you. If you include your name, phone number, or details about what you’re looking for, I use that to help with your real estate question and to follow up.
How I Store Inquiries
I keep the inquiries and contact details you send me in a customer relationship management (CRM) system so I can stay organized and follow up properly. Access is limited to me and anyone directly helping me serve you. I hold this information for as long as it’s useful for our working relationship, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.
Your Choices
You’re in control of your information here. You can:
- Accept or decline analytics cookies on the consent banner, and change that choice whenever you want.
- Unsubscribe from market updates using the link in any email.
- Ask me to show you what I have on file, correct it, or delete it.
To request deletion of your information, email me at anthony@anthonyspitaleri.com and tell me what you’d like removed. I’ll take care of it.
Changes to This Policy
If I change how this site handles information, I’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, I’ll note it clearly.
