Welcome to Country Isles
So, Country Isles is where Weston started. The first Arvida homes in the whole city were finished here and in Windmill Ranch back in 1984. There are 1,209 single family homes in Country Isles today, near Weston Town Center and Country Isles Road.
It's made up of several neighborhoods with their own associations, the Executive Homes in The Oaks, Garden Homes, Heron Lake, Captiva Cay, Coral Harbour, Waterford Landing, Tequesta Pointe, Tequesta Lakes and the Manor Homes. The county shows most of the homes went up between 1986 and 1992. You have smaller Garden Homes around 1,200 square feet all the way up to homes over 4,200 on the Manor and Tequesta streets, so the range is really wide.
Some of the neighborhoods are gated and some aren't, and there are lakes running all through it, plus Country Isles Park on Country Isles Road. What I would suggest is figure out which neighborhood fits you first, because a Garden Home and an Executive Home are very different purchases.
