If you're thinking about living in Weston, you certainly need to check out The Falls. It's a guard gated Arvida community off Indian Trace with four neighborhoods and a nice range of home sizes.

Welcome to The Falls
So, The Falls is off Indian Trace, a few minutes from I-75, and there are 596 single family homes in here. It's four neighborhoods, Savannah Falls, Sierra Falls, Cedar Falls and Cascade Falls.
Arvida built it, and the county shows almost all of the homes went up in 1995 and 1996, so the whole community was done in about two years. Homes go from around 1,800 square feet up to about 2,950, and the median is about 2,200, which keeps the prices a little lower than some of the bigger gated communities around it.
There's a community pool, a playground and tot lot, basketball and volleyball courts and a park. If you want a gated community in Weston without going up to the bigger homes, you certainly need to check out The Falls.
