If you're thinking about living in Weston, you certainly need to check out The Meadows. It's a guard gated Arvida community off Glades Parkway with a clubhouse and pool.

Welcome to The Meadows
So, The Meadows is off Glades Parkway, and you come in on Meadows Boulevard. There are 554 single family homes in here across Camden Meadows, Fairfield Meadows, Highland Meadows and Vista Meadows.
Arvida built it, and the county shows most of the homes went up in 1996 and 1997. Homes go from around 1,850 square feet up to almost 4,000, and the median is about 2,600, so there's a pretty wide spread from one neighborhood to the next.
There's a clubhouse with a pool and a playground, and a basketball court. What I would suggest is drive all four neighborhoods, because the homes and the price points can feel pretty different.
