The Springs

Welcome to The Springs

So, The Springs is five neighborhoods, Sunset Springs, Laguna Springs I, Laguna Springs II, Bermuda Springs and Emerald Isle, and there are 765 single family homes between them. You get in off Indian Trace and Catalina Drive.

The county shows most of the homes went up between 1989 and 1993, so this is one of the older parts of the Arvida side of Weston. Homes go from around 1,700 square feet up to about 3,300, and the median is about 2,250.

Each neighborhood has its own association and its own pool and clubhouse setup, so it really is five small communities next to each other. What I would suggest is figure out which one fits you, because the homes are a little different in each.

Working with me

What it's like to work with me in The Springs

If you're buying, I'm going to know the neighborhoods, what homes have actually sold for, and what's coming up next, including homes that aren't on the market yet. When something fits what you're looking for, I'll reach out to you directly so you can see it early.

If you're selling, we'll talk through how you want to bring your home to market, whether that's publicly right away or more privately first. Either way, I'm going to make sure the right buyers see it, and I'll keep you updated the whole way.

A few things I found

The Springs trivia

Sunset Springs has exactly 189 homes, which is why you'll see listings call it a gated enclave of only 189 homes.

All five neighborhoods are recorded on Arvida's Sector 5 plats.

Emerald Isle is part of The Springs, even though the name makes people think of Emerald Estates.
