Welcome to Windmill Reserve
So, Windmill Reserve is on the south side of Post Road, west of Bonaventure Boulevard. There are 83 single family homes in here, and every one of them is a custom home, because buyers bought the lot and brought their own builder and architect.
Development started around 2006, and the county shows homes going up all the way to 2023. The homes are big, from about 5,000 square feet up to over 11,000, with a median of about 7,500, and the typical lot is about three quarters of an acre. The styles go everywhere from French chateau to modern.
It's guard gated, and the whole community is laid out around lakes, with a nature preserve on the west side. If you want something newer and custom in Weston, you certainly need to check out Windmill Reserve.
