If you're thinking about living in Weston, you certainly need to check out North Lake. It's a guard gated community with five lake neighborhoods, and the prices are a little more approachable than some of its neighbors.

Welcome to North Lake
So, North Lake has 558 single family homes in five neighborhoods, Cambridge Lake, Carrington Lake, Heritage Lake, Springside Lake and Stanton Lake. You'll see it written as North Lakes on a lot of websites, but the association is North Lake.
The county shows most of the homes went up between 1993 and 1995. Homes go from around 1,800 square feet up to about 3,750, and the median is about 2,600, so you have a good mix of sizes in here.
There's a community pool, a park with a gazebo and a playground. Not every home is on the water, even with all the lake names, so what I would suggest is look at the lot on the map before you fall in love with a listing.
