Welcome to Emerald Estates
So, Emerald Estates is in south Weston, and there are 603 single family homes in here. Every neighborhood has a gem name, Amber Bay, Ruby Cove, Sapphire Shores, Sapphire Pointe, Diamond Cay and so on.
The county shows most of the homes went up between 1995 and 1998. Homes go from around 1,600 square feet up to about 3,100, and the median is about 2,400, so it's a good fit if you want a gated community without paying for a huge house.
The recreation center is right in the middle of the community, with a resort style pool, a picnic shelter, a fitness center and a playground. And right outside the gate there's Emerald Estates Park, a city park with tennis courts, basketball and a covered playground. You're also only a few minutes from I-75, which is nice if you commute.
