Welcome to Botaniko
So, Botaniko was built by Terra on part of the old Bonaventure golf course, and it borders the Everglades. The county shows 112 single family homes in here, built between 2018 and 2025, so it's the newest community in Weston.
The homes were designed by the architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney Mateu, and V Starr, Venus Williams' design firm, did the interiors. They're big, around 4,000 square feet up to over 8,000, with a median of about 6,200, and more than 80% of the homes have lake views.
There's a gate house staffed 24 hours a day and concierge services. If you want a newer home in Weston and you don't want to build, you certainly need to check out Botaniko.
