Welcome to Isles at Weston
So, Isles at Weston is out on the west side of the city, near Griffin Road, and there are 649 single family homes in here. Centex built it, and the county shows most of the homes went up between 2003 and 2005, which makes it one of the newer gated communities in Weston.
The homes are Mediterranean style and on the bigger side, around 2,700 square feet up to about 4,600, and the median is about 3,250. There are big lakes running through the whole community, so a lot of the homes have water views.
The clubhouse has a fitness center, a pool, a billiard room, a kids playroom, a tot lot and basketball and volleyball courts. One thing to know, the association approves every sale and every lease before move in, so I always suggest you build that into your timeline.
